Next year’s date : A one day event on Sunday 7 July 2019.

Are dog’s allowed at the event? Sadly our new show venue
Somerton Sports Ground,  have  a NO Dog’s allowed policy.

Do I need to pre-book? If you wish to take part in
the classic vehicle cavalcade and Show with your
pre-1999 vehicle, yes and E-tickets can be purchased
from our website (from the 30th September).
1 ticket per vehicle is required, and each vehicle
must have this E-ticket ready to be scanned on
arrival, failure to bring the E-ticket
(printed/phone)will result in no entry.
Tickets will
not be available to purchase on the gate.

Classic Car Clubs: We welcome Classic Car Club’s
each participant
must have an E-ticket registered to
their vehicle. If you wish to cavalcade/display the vehicle
at the showground together please arrive at the same
time, our Marshalls will of course try to accommodate
this wherever possible.

Cavalcade check-in:
Check-in opens from 07:30 am and closes at 09.30 am.
All classic pre 1999 vehicles must arrive at Martock
Business Park, Great Western Road, Martock, Somerset,
TA12 6HB prior to 09.30 am to receive their cavalcade
route map, you will also have the opportunity
to purchase a souvenir Retro Fundraising 2019 vehicle
plaque, Breakfast catering at check-in will also be available.

Retro Fundraising Show:
After you have toured South Somerset villages you
are invited to display your vehicle at our NEW venue
Somerton Sports Ground, Langport Road,
Somerset, TA11 6HX.
No vehicle movement is permitted
without the guidance
of a Retro Fundraising marshall whilst the show
is happening between 10.30 am till 4.00 pm.

N.B No Dog’s are permitted at Somerton Sports
Club, and please do not leave in your car in hot weather.

all donations  minus administration fee’s are donated.

What vehicles attend?
The fundraiser now in it’s sixth year attracts
a fantastic and diverse range of classic and
vintage vehicle’s including car’s, motorcycles
and tractors from 1912 up to 1999.
